Acquisition by private inquiry
Euphoria is an original abstract painting by Stacey Carter Art, created to consume and transform the room around it.
Made with acrylic on canvas, the work is mounted on a black linen matte and finished in an acrylic-encased frame. Its large scale, expressive movement, and layered color create a commanding presence, making it a strong centerpiece for collectors, interiors, offices, and gallery-style spaces.
Unlike Stacey Carter Art’s darker sculptural works, Euphoria brings an open, expressive energy — expansive, emotional, and full of movement.
The work is framed, finished with a black suede backing, and includes attached hardware for installation.

A Milestone Work
Stacey’s work, “Black Licorice,” was selected by jury committee for the Montclair Art Museum’s Juneteenth Exhibition — a milestone that reflects both the power of her artistry and the courage it takes to pursue a dream at any stage of life.
A Foundation In Art, Identity & Love
Carter’s artistic foundation was laid in her childhood home, where her mother, Delores Ellerbe — a gifted painter from Charleston, South Carolina — filled every room with dynamic, soulful work in the 1970s.
Through her mother’s example, Carter learned that art could be a language of identity, power, and love.
