Crush On Me is an original three-dimensional sculptural mirror by Stacey Carter Art.
This round mirror is encrusted with metal, textiles, plaster, acrylic, and 100% resin mounted on wood, transforming a functional object into a sculptural statement. The black textured surface surrounding the mirror creates depth, reflection, and drama, making the piece both artwork and object.
Crush On Me is designed for interiors that call for something bold, intimate, and unexpected — a mirror that does more than reflect a room; it changes the energy of the space.
The work is finished with a black suede backing and includes attached hardware for installation.

A Milestone Work
Stacey’s work, “Black Licorice,” was selected by jury committee for the Montclair Art Museum’s Juneteenth Exhibition — a milestone that reflects both the power of her artistry and the courage it takes to pursue a dream at any stage of life.
A Foundation In Art, Identity & Love
Carter’s artistic foundation was laid in her childhood home, where her mother, Delores Ellerbe — a gifted painter from Charleston, South Carolina — filled every room with dynamic, soulful work in the 1970s.
Through her mother’s example, Carter learned that art could be a language of identity, power, and love.
